Core Value: Creating a near-perfect anaerobic fermentation "safe"
1. Utilizing multi-layer co-extrusion technology, it possesses extremely high tensile strength, puncture resistance, and retraction force. The wrapping film tightly encloses the hay bales, or the silage bags tightly conform to the feed after filling, effectively isolating air and rainwater. This strong sealing quickly creates an anaerobic environment, promoting an ideal fermentation process dominated by lactic acid bacteria, inhibiting the activity of harmful microorganisms, and minimizing dry matter and nutrient losses (controllable within 10%).
2. High-quality silage film is added with UV stabilizers and an oxygen barrier layer, which can resist sunlight degradation and slow oxygen penetration for a long time. This ensures that the silage maintains good color, a rich sour aroma, and a nutritional value of over 70% during a storage period of 12-24 months, with excellent palatability.
3. Bagged silage: Offers huge capacity (up to hundreds or thousands of tons), suitable for large-scale single-variety silage. Its initial investment is far lower than building concrete silage pits of equivalent capacity, and the sealing and retrieval management are more convenient and scientific.
